Hasps, Cables & Mudflaps

As our range of electronic seals are used over long periods of time mounted on trailers in harsh conditions some of the key components such as cable hasps and mudflaps tend to wear and eventually become unserviceable.

Cables & Hasps:                                                                                                          These should be replaced when they start to wear. If the plastic coating becomes brittle and cracks and the individual wires that make up the cable start to become exposed there may be health & safety consequences for those involved. 

Special Cables: should you have a special requirment for cables, hasps or TIR Cords, Unisto can manufacture these items to your specification very cost effectively, whether for our own C2K, Manta or Crypta Data units, for other brands of reusable seals that are on the market or for a special unconnected requirement. Mudflaps: protecting the C2K and Manta Seals from the grit & grime thrown-up from the road and the worst of the weather is important for the long life of the equipment. Mudflaps can become torn and damaged after years of use and need to be replaced during routine maintenance.
