The Unisto Cutter Kit provides everything you need for fast and safe removal of heavy duty bolt and cable security seals.
The Klauke battery driven hydraulic bolt cutter removes bolt seals up to 12mm diameter, avoiding the need for long handled bolt croppers that have been known to cause musculoskeletal injury due to the physical power required to cut the steel bolt. The Klauke cutter provides 35kN (approx. 3 tonnes) of cutting force at the blade enabling a high security (H rated) steel bolt to be removed in less than 10 seconds.
The battery is rechargeable and provides about 200 cuts on a single charge. A spare battery and mains charger is provided as part of the kit. This new product helps companies that require the regular removal of bolt seals at the good inward bay comply with health and safety requirements, opening the job up to all, regardless of physique or gender.
For fast and efficient removal of cable seal the kit comprises a pair of Greenlee scissor action cable cutters.
Safety glasses and gloves are also supplied and we strongly recommend these are worn for removal of all types of barrier security seals.

Unisto Safety Knife and Clip-on Recoil Leash
Many of our customers opt for security seals without tear-off that can be difficult to remove with out scissors or a knife. Concerns about health and safety in the workplace often leads to a reluctance to equip staff with sharp tools.
Our safety knife is easy to use with a firm hand grip and embedded blade with slots wide enough to hook and cut our thickest plastic security seals as well as plastic strapping risk free.
The Unisto Safety Knife also features a half moon to open carton tape. As a limited offer we are giving away a clip-on recoil leash with each safety knife ordered.
We can supply one safety knife together with an order for security seals. Our minimum order for Safety knives bought separately is one pack of 10 knives.

Braided sealing wire can be used in conjunction with Selflock size 1 or size 0 Clip Seals or P8 or P10 sealing plier applied seals (see "Tool-closing Seals"). Lead seals can also be used with sealing wire although environmental and health & safety concerns preclude our offering lead.
